Step into the shoes of Master Assassin Basim in the mobile port of the renowned Assassin's Creed Mirage. Get ready for an immersive cross-platform gaming experience, coming this June to iPhone and iPad devices.
A revolutionary move from Ubisoft sees the console game, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, ported for the first time to mobile devices. With a full launch on 6 June, offering cross-platform progression and intuitive touchscreen controls!
The critically-acclaimed game, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, is set to launch on iPhone on 6 June. Particularly for iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, as well as iPad Air and iPad Pro (those devices operating on an M1 chip or later.) Unfortunately, the price has yet to be announced by Ubisoft, but you can get a 90 minute trial before making the purchase.
This development brings with it an added sense of anticipation as this will be the first fully ported Assassin’s Creed console game making it onto mobile platforms — a significant milestone for the global franchise.
Originally launched in October 2023 on consoles and PC, Assassin’s Creed Mirage has now successfully transitioned to mobile play, preserving its appeal and storyline.

The narrative centres around Basim, a street thief, whose journey takes him from being a simple recruit of the Hidden Ones to becoming a Master Assassin (he is also seen in AC Valhalla). The blurb from Ubisoft is “As he learns their mysterious rituals and powerful tenets, he will hone his unique abilities, discover his true nature, and come to understand a new Creed”… mysterious!
Incidentally, the Mirage port enables cross-progression and cross-save, allowing players the flexibility to switch between the mobile, console, or PC, without jeopardising their progress.
In a move to enhance gameplay on the iPhone and iPad, the developers have integrated intuitive touchscreen controls. And of course, the game remains accessible to external controllers, widening its reach.
From 6 June, individuals using compatible devices can play Assassin’s Creed Mirage for the first 90 minutes for free, downloadable from the App Store. After the trial, gamers can unlock the full version via a single in-app purchase. To get a head start, you can preorder the game from the App Store, and then wait impatiently until 6 June.
