When is the FC 25 Beta?

Starting on August 6, 2024, and culminating on August 27, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. BST, the EA Sports FC 25 Beta offers a glimpse at the innovative game.

Accessible through platforms including PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC (on the EA app and on Steam), Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, it’s an experience worth the wait.

How do you access the FC 25 Beta?

EA is only offering an FC 25 Closed Beta so far. This means that those who have already registered for EA Playtesting or opted in for EA communications emails may be among the lucky ones to receive an email with an FC 25 Closed Beta code.

If you don’t want to miss out on upcoming betas for new releases, it’s a simple process to join EA Playtesting. Also, you can go into your EA account and change your ‘Email Preferences’ settings to allow EA to send you such emails by adding your favourite or anticipated titles such as FC 25 to your ‘Preferred Games’.

How do you get early access to FC 25?

As usual with these hot new game releases, you can pre-order to get early access. For FC 25 the early access phase is from 20 September 2024, a week earlier than the official release.

EA is offering early access if you pre-order the FC 25 Ultimate Edition. At the moment the best price for the game seems to be on CDKeys for £71.99 (PC) and £72.99 (Xbox). There aren’t any offers out yet for the Ultimate Edition FC25 on PS4 and PS5 so it’s still at £99.99 on the PlayStation Store.

Subscribers to EA’s video game subscription service, EA Play can also make the most of early access. Those with the upgraded tier, EA Play Pro, will also get access to the FC 25 PC game on 20 September. Other regular EA Play subscribers can play up to 10 hours of FC 25 with an exclusive trial available also on September 20.
