A cinematic gaming experience steeped in an engaging storyline and dynamic action. Now available for pre-order on CDKeys, take this opportunity to dive into Jin Sakai’s legendary struggle for his homeland

For the very first time on PC, experience the journey of Jin Sakai in Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut, slated for release on 16 May. Immerse yourself in the complete Ghost of Tsushima experience, available for pre-order for £38.99 now on CDKeys.

Set in the late 13th century when the Mongol empire’s ruthless march threatened to obliterate nations, Tsushima Island stood as the last bulwark protecting mainland Japan from general Khotun Khan’s imposing invasion. Amidst this turmoil emerges the tale of Jin Sakai, a determined samurai warrior and one of the last survivors of his clan.

As Tsushima descends into the chaos initiated by the Mongolian onslaught, Jin embarks on a perilous path to safeguard his land and kin. He forgoes the codes that defined him as a warrior to adapt a new guerrilla war methodology, known as the path of the ‘Ghost’, a journey you would embark on in this masterclass of storytelling and action.

No PSN, no play

But this journey has not been without controversies. Sony, the publishers of Ghost of Tsushima, ran into a challenge with the game’s smaller multiplayer mode, which requires a PlayStation Network (PSN) account.

Unfortunately, as PSN accounts are inaccessible in some countries, it has not only barred potential players but has resulted in refunds from Steam for customers who had already purchased the game.

This is not a typical scenario faced by other leading game publishers like EA, Ubisoft, and Microsoft, and has raised questions on why Sony lacks a universally accessible PlayStation account.

However, despite the setback, the Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut upcoming PC release presents an opportunity for gamers worldwide to delve into Jin’s challenging battle the island.
