Having officially unveiled the Xiaomi 14 series in China, the brand is now preparing to present its models in Europe. The Xiaomi 14 series currently comes in 2 models for China, namely the Xiaomi 14 and the Xiaomi 14 Pro.

An update on the Xiaomi 14 rumours

According to the latest rumours from 91mobiles (thanks Clubic), a third model, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, is also set to arrive in China. The latter will also benefit from an exclusive titanium version. A recent leak from MySmartPrice also reveals renders of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.

However, no official source has indicated which models will be marketed in Europe. We might expect Xiaomi to follow the same strategy as its previous series, selling only the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Ultra in Europe.

As for the price, a rumour from Greek media outlet Techmaniacs indicated that the Xiaomi 14 would cost €1099. A single configuration would be available according to the same media outlet, with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The price information has obviously since been hidden on this Greek site, so we still don’t know why.

Our information about the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra

We have found out which models will be available in France and Europe. We also disclose the prices and configurations for each model, with estimated UK pricing based on the Euro conversion rates.

Models and configurations available in Europe

According to our information, only 2 models will be marketed in Europe, namely the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra. We can therefore confirm that the Xiaomi 14 Pro will not be launched in Europe, as the latest rumours have suggested.

The Xiaomi 14 will arrive in a single configuration with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It will be available in 3 colours; Green, Black and White.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will also be available with a single configuration in Europe. It will feature 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The colours available are Black and White.

Announcement date

We can confirm that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra range will be announced simultaneously with the Xiaomi 14 in Europe. These 2 models should therefore be announced on 25 February 2024 during MWC 2024 in Barcelona.

Prices

Unfortunately, the price of the next Xiaomi 14s will increase in Europe. To compensate for this, there’s some good news in store for future buyers of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. Indeed, its price will remain identical to that of its predecessor the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, despite the change in memory capacity.

Here is a summary of all the configurations and prices of the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Ultra which will be available in Europe:

• Xiaomi 14: 12GB RAM / 512GB storage, available in Green, Black and White. Price: €1099 | £1279
• Xiaomi 14 Ultra: 16GB RAM / 512GB storage, available in Black and White. Price: €1499 | £938

Other expected information

We still haven’t been able to get our hands on the specification sheet and release date for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. And we also don’t know what pre-order or launch offer will accompany the release of Xiaomi’s new premium smartphones.
