Sky has expanded its fitness offerings with the launch of the Mvmnt app on Sky Q, Stream and Glass devices (without the need for a Sky Live subscription). Previously only available with Sky Live and a camera, Mvmnt boasts a library of workout classes designed to get you moving, regardless of your fitness level.

Choose from a variety of classes including Pilates, strength training, yoga, meditation, and even quick five-minute routines to squeeze into your busy day. On-screen coaches guide you through each exercise, making it perfect for beginners or those wanting a gym-like experience at home.

The app is free to use for the first 45 days, after which a £7.99 monthly subscription unlocks additional features. This includes a mobile app to browse and schedule workouts, track progress, and fit in a quick session even when you’re away from home.

Obviously, you can cancel the subscription any time between downloading the app and 45 days and not pay a penny.
